In order for you to sell to your best advantage, we will endeavor to avoid duplication of products among vendors/businesses. Craft vendors will be placed inside the Community Building until full. Yes or No Signature……………………………………………Date……………………………… By signing this agreement, I release Stewartstown Fall Fest, Stewartstown Lioness, Stewartstown Lions, Stewartstown Borough, Hopewell Area Recreation and Parks, and all other hosting organizations and groups as well as owners of the festival site, from any and all liability for all damage, injury and/or loss to any person or goods arising from the rental and occupation of exhibit space by the applicant(s). Further, I agree to hold harmless from any loss or damage all organizations listed above. I agree to comply with all state and local regulations in the operation of my booth. I agree that I have read and will comply with the BOOTH POLICIES outlined in the attached. The Fall Fest Board reserves the right to terminate this agreement if at any time I choose not to abide by the BOOTH POLICIES, and also reserves the right to make changes to this agreement as needed. I understand that my entry fee may not be refunded in the event that I do not attend or if all or part of the show is cancelled due to fire, calamity or any other act of God, public enemy, strike, statutes or ordinances or any legal authority beyond control of the Fall Festival Board. NOTE: We cannot guarantee the same spot you rented in a previous year. If you need to be placed next to a fellow vendor, both applications must be clearly marked and this is not guaranteed as spaces are assigned as applications are received and indoor space is limited. If we receive your contract and all spaces have been filled, we will contact you, please send in early to ensure a spot. You should have: Quality merchandise A well-maintained, safe area Courteous, friendly representative at the booth at all times during the Festival An attractive and professional looking booth and display The appearance of your booth is critical to the overall atmosphere and customer perception of the event. We highly encourage imaginative booth designs, banners, etc. Booth selection: Booths are selected based on the type and quality of the products you sell. We reserve the right to refuse anyone for whatever reason, and return any entrance fees. Booth placement: This is based on when your application is received and the type of product you sell. Please note that this event will be held rain or shine. Booth fees are nonrefundable. For each individual space purchased, you will receive: One 10’ x 10’ (approximate) area for your booth setup (that’s ten feet of frontage space), plus one banquet table and if in side - two folding chairs. Additional tables can be rented for $10. Other requirements, information: If you require additional booth space, it will be the same size and fee as the original (10x10) space requested. Please stay within the space you are assigned. All equipment used in operating a booth during the event will be the responsibility of the vendor, including the booth, tables, chairs, lighting, and maintaining and removing booth materials, leftovers, and trash. Please leave your area as clean as it was when you arrived. Bring your own extension cords, power strips, and lighting as needed. No propane lanterns are allowed. Setup/Breakdown: Please arrive on time for unloading or you will not be able to set up. Booths must be set up, open, and ready for business by 9 am and remain set up and open until 4 pm. No early breakdown or late setup is allowed. No exceptions!!! Unloading: Saturday morning, date of the event, beginning no earlier than 6 am. Parking: Once unloaded, every vendor must move vehicles to designated lot as directed. No exceptions!! Taxes: Local sales tax remittance is the sole responsibility of the vendor.
