Before daily Mass and at 4:30 p.m. before 5 p.m. Mass on Saturday
Welcome!! We are glad you came to join with us in our worship today. We hope that you have
felt God’s love in a new, refreshing way…
From Fr. Tony:
These last couple of weeks, I shared the different parts
of the Mass. As I was going along, I realized that I could
have expanded this explanation over a few more weeks.
There is so much that goes on during the Holy Sacrifice of
the Mass. My hope and prayers were that you were able to
get a little bit out of it and were able to have a better
understanding and appreciation of the celebration. What I
did these last
four weeks, I would
like to do this
and more for RCIA.
Again, as I
mentioned a couple
of weeks ago in
the bulletin, RCIA
(Rites
of
Christian Initiation
of Adults) will
be offered in our
parishes.
I
know two people
have
showed
interest. Before I set
the first date, if
you are interested in
learning more about the Mass, other teachings of the
Church, and how to become a part of our Catholic family,
this journey may be for you. RCIA is also for those who
are Catholic and never been Confirmed, un-baptized
Christians, and anyone interested in the Church. If any of
this interests you, call us at the parish office. Plus, if
anyone is interested in helping out with this program,
please let me know.
A SPECIAL THANKS TO…
 All who help with putting the Vocations Prayer cards
into the pews or into the books. It would be nice if we
could have them in the books and use them as
bookmarks, but I also realize they slide out very easily.
Also, if you see them on the floor either put them back
at the end of the pews or in the books. Thanks again
for all who put the cards in and all who regularly sort
our books in our churches. I have to admit, I have
never seen an AFC so tidy when it comes to the books.
That to the behind-the-scenes people who organize this.
Christ through Mary, Fr. Tony

Stewardship:
“Everything we are and everything we have belongs to
God. We aren’t “owners” of anything, we are merely
“stewards” of the gifts God has given each of us. All God
is asking is that we give back a portion of what He gave
us. This is the essence of Stewardship. God should be
our first priority in everything. All else comes second.”

“Let us avoid evil companions, lest by their company
we may be drawn to a communion of vice.”
– St. Augustine
