In order to maintain spot(s) and participate in the Farmers Market, vendors agree to the following
rules and guidelines as established by the De Pere Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation.

Vendors will respect fellow vendors and will not compete for their customers.
Only local growers, vendors and/or small local merchants are allowed to participate as vendors.
Vendors may not resell their spot(s) or allow another party to provide goods and/or services under their seller’s permit.
Vendors should not arrive at the parking lot before 6 AM. Vendors should have their vendor area set up no later than
6:45 AM. Vendors not set up by the designated time may forfeit their spot.
Vendors are to stop selling at 12:00 PM to pack and clean up. Every attempt should be made to be completely packed up
and exit the parking lot by 12:45 PM. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up any debris from their designated vendor
spots.
For the safety of customers, vendors should not use glass containers to display items. Displays on the pavement should
not obstruct free passage around display tables.
All vendor fees are non-refundable with no exceptions.
The De Pere Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation has the right to remove any vendors not in compliance with these
rules throughout the weeks of the Farmers Market. Vendors removed for non-compliance will be barred from
participation for the remaining 2014 Farmers Market and may be barred from future Farmers Markets. No refunds will
be made to businesses removed for non-compliance.
It is the responsibility of the vendor to apply for and pay for all licenses and fees required by the City of De Pere, the
State of Wisconsin and the federal government.
If you are a food vendor, you will need a Temporary Restaurant permit from the City of De Pere.
Please contact the City of De Pere Health Dept. at 335 S. Broadway St., De Pere, WI 54115-2593,
Phone 920-339-4054. There is a fee and it takes a minimum of 30 days to receive the permit and
Arrange for the mandatory inspection. Fees double if the permit must be expedited in less than 30 days.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales tax.
All legal-for-trade scales should be approved by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture before they are used at the

Approved items for sale without obtaining a license: homegrown vegetables, fruits, fresh and dried flowers, fresh herbs,
syrup, cider, and hand-made crafts.
Items that require a license and/or must originate from a licensed operation: bakery items, processed food, cheese, eggs,
dried herbs, dressed poultry, rabbits and other meats.
Vendors MUST provide the DPACC Foundation a “certification of insurance” naming us as “additional insured.”
There will be an identified on-site “Market Manager” who will manage the market each week to assure it runs
smoothly and efficiently for the overall experience of all vendors and guests. Their decisions under these rules are
final.

7:00 am – 12:00 pm (6:45 am set up)
Seroogy’s Chocolates’ parking lot, 144 N. Wisconsin Street
$150/spot*, 16 weeks
*Spots are 10’ x 10’ (approximately the size of one parking space)
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Completed Applications and Contracts with registration fees
will be processed according to date received. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
