Sir,
The undersigned
is directed to refer to your letter No. 621 dated
26.5.2014 and letter dated 15th October, 2014 sending therewith the head-wise
break up of requirement of funds for monitoring of the above programme during
2014-15. In this context, it is to inform you that the proposal of CRRI has been
examined and the competent authority has approved an outlay of Rs. 50.98 lakh to
CRRI for monitoring of the above programme for the year 2014-15.

-2Out of the above approved allocation, an amount of Rs. 9.26 lakh has
already been released to CRRI on 9lh September, 2014 in addition to Rs. 16.23 lakh
lying as unspent with CRRI from previous year (2013-14).
CRRI is request to submit the progress reports along with funds utilized
so far so that the release of 2nd installment of funds could be considered.
