You will be challenged with all of the exercises that involved in Crossfit competitions but with extra attention paid to safety, technique and amount of weight used. There is no doubt that this type of training gets incredible results and now you can enjoy this athletic style class which will certainly challenge you but will not go beyond your limits. Class Changes Trackside Hampton Ladies News More Bikes for Hampton Ladies We have received several requests for some spin bikes to be stationed in the gym at Hampton Ladies so this month there will be 4 geared spin bikes with RPM monitors provided for the gym floor. New Pilates Studio “Classic Pilates” “Classic Pilates” offers a range of one on one and small group Pilates sessions using Reformer bed, mat, tower and Mve chair exercises. A Timetable of 24 session times a week is now available at a cost of $20 per session or a foundation offer for the first 50 members of unlimited sessions for just 29.95 per week. Classic Pilates is located in a fully refurbished studio at Re.Creation Hampton Gym.
