November 11, 12 & 13. The Family
Promise guests -- parents and children
-- are temporarily without shelter and working to
regain self-sufficiency.

Lilla Jones has already posted signup sheets to ask for
your help with this annual market. There are many ways
to help, so check out the bulletin board! Sale to the public is Saturday,
December 6.
⇒ Setup of tables for the Market AND Advent Centers: Sunday,
November 23 after worship. This is a BIG job and we will need lots of
strong backs to get everything setup in the right places! Plan to stay after
worship to help with this project.
⇒ Advent begins on Sunday, November 30: Coor dinator Holly Hester
invites you to attend these intergenerational workshops each Sunday
during the church school hour during Advent. Different groups of the
church will provide breakfast each Sunday. Watch for ways to help!

Covenant Presbyterian Church is one of the founders of West
Texas Organizing Strategy. Since 1999 when the organizing committee
was founded, WTOS has worked hard to improve the lives of families
in our city and the state. Through faith and action we are making a
difference by addressing social justice issues that affect our church families and the
community where we live.

ministry of The Fellowship Committee provides these
meals for you to give to someone that needs it. Stop by
