Happy Holidays And Glorious Gifts Begin Here!
Welcome to the fourth annual Greenwich Winter
Antiques Show benefiting the Greenwich Historical
Society.
For the past three years, we have had the pleasure of
working with the most wonderful and talented
exhibitors and committed chairs and co-chairs of the
society, building this annual event. Each year, the
show theme changes along with the inspired visions of
volunteers dedicating their personal time to make our
antiques and art show special…and special it is.
Beginning with the Friday, December 5, preview
party (6:30 to 9 pm), this year titled “Sugarplums and
Snowflakes: A Nutcracker Holiday Gala,” the Eastern
Greenwich Civic Center will be transformed into a
fairy tale environment replete with holiday decorations and more.
As you enter the event, you will be greeted by a Festive Cocktail Welcome, immediately setting the tone
for a fun and enjoyable evening of delicious hors d’
oeuvres, fine wine and martini bar. Additionally, the
society has significantly reduced the ticket price for
the gala, making it more approachable for new collectors while still providing an exceptional value for the
evening. Ticket information is available at www.greenwichhistory.org/antiquarius.php or call the Greenwich Historical Society at 203-869-6899 ext 10.
But the real treat of the evening is the magnificent
displays of fine jewelry, exceptional art, furniture and
decorative accessories that bring warmth and character
to your home, office and life.
Forty three exhibitors will be joining us this year
with a variety of objects from period antiques to Midcentury Modern, including new genres of rare and
desirable autographs, graphic travel and advertising
posters, Italian period furniture and decorations, rare
and precious boxes, fine Oriental carpets, in addition
to our prestigious returning exhibitors.
When you think Greenwich, think QVC, Quality,
Value and Convenience, as those are three of the many
reasons to visit our show, including the opportunity to
gain knowledgeable advice and current collecting
trends from experts in their fields.
Finally, with our show dates being earlier in December, we hope this provides a greater opportunity for
early shopping convenience and more time to enjoy
the event.
Come join us and make the Greenwich Winter
Antiques Show a gift to yourself and others who
appreciate the finer things in life.
On behalf of the Greenwich Historical Society, we
wish you Happy Holidays and look forward to welcoming you to our show.
Sincerely,
Frank Gaglio
