Line Dancing is one of the least intimidating forms of dance because it’s easy to learn and you don’t need a partner. Many steps in this low-impact workout may already be familiar if you did the “Stroll” in the ’50s or the “Hustle” in the ’70s. Walk To Be Fit: Walking is a great form of exercise for everyone. Fat burning & low impact, it’s about as natural for your body as it gets. How about longer joint life, increased flexibility and a reduced risk of injury? Walking just one hour a week can reduce the risk of coronary artery disease by 51 percent. (American Heart Association) Join the club.
