Receipts will be provided. Entry Procedure Use only Hy-Tek's TEAM MANAGER. Use only the meet set-up file (to be provided) on the TISCA website. NO PAPER ENTRIES will be accepted. Make sure your team is set up with ONLY your official TAPPS or SPC initials (ex: KSJ23 for St. John XXIII), your official "short name" (ex: St. John XXIII, not "Lions"). Be sure your athletes are identified with correct grades (9-10-11-12, not FR-SO-JR-SR). Entries must be emailed to Clay Pruitt by Tuesday, December 30, 2014: coachclay@katyaquatics.org Scratches and adds may be made until 3:00PM Sunday, January 4, 2015. Rules: NFHS Rules will apply. This is a non-championship format. If a swimmer misses an event it will NOT disqualify them from the rest of the meet. Entry Limits:Maximum of 4 events per swimmer, no more than 2 of which may be individual events. Event entries are unlimited, but only the four fastest times per school per individual event are eligible for scoring, and only the 2 fastest relays are eligible for scoring. Upper school events: Standard HS events as per NFHS Middle School events: 200 medley and 200 free relays (no 400 relay), 50 of each stroke, 100 free, and 100 IM. Middle school swimmers may NOT swim upper school events, and vice-versa, including relays. Scoring: 16-place scoring for eight-lane pool. No team scores for middle schools. Awards: Medals for 1-2-3, individuals and relays, US and MS. Plaques for 1-2-3 team scoring, US only. Meet results: Available in real time through Meet Mobile. Meet name is ST. Timers: Each team must provide two timers for the duration of the meet; timers may rotate. Break: 15-minute maximum between end of US boys 50 free and start of MS girls 50 fly. Competition pool will be open during the break, but NO STARTS ALLOWED.
