Food for Gifts
Please bring non perishable food for gifts to the above Christmas Special Evening. These
gifts will be distributed to Food bank for disadvantaged people. The food gifts can be dried fruit,
cans of food, biscuits, cakes, dried pasta and nuts.
Money Trail
Thank you to all who assisted at the Money Trail Friday 12 December. The event was very well
attended in spite of the windy conditions on the day. Over $1500 was raised!
District
Conference
2015
The Rotary District 9455 Conference will be held on 13 and 14 March 2015 in Perth. WPRC
Members will all be given a role to assist at either the Friday night Beach Party, the Saturday
conference or the Saturday night Ball. The cost of full registration for $195 is very good value
thanks to the Chair Guy Mattioli and his Committee.

Great Waiters
Race (IGWR)
The IGWR Committee will be seeking the assistance of Members to manage segments of this
exciting international event. Phil Angel the Committee Chair will give regular updates on the
IGWR event at the breakfast meetings.

Breakfast at
Wheelchair for Kids
A breakfast meeting at the Wheelchairs for Kids (WFK) factory will be held on Thursday,
12 February 2015, 7 for a 7.30am start. WFK will explain and demonstrate their
operation. Partners are invited to attend and payment to the Treasurer at the door.
District Conference
The Rotary District 9455 Conference will be held on 13 and 14 March 2015 in Perth
The meeting on 11 December was a Club Day and included:


AGM;
WPRC Trust Report; and

International Great Waiters Race presentation by Phil Angel, discussion and questions. The IGWR will be
held on Sunday 12 April 2015. The raffle tickets will be $50 each and will be sold on-line with significant
assistance from the charities Ngala and Kalparrin. The net proceeds of the sale of raffle tickets will go to the
charities Ngala, Kaparrin and the WPRC Trust.
The crowd is building for the evening Magic Show 10 December 2014.
