A Great Place to Live & Grow!
Santa & Mrs. Claus visit Schuyler
Over 100 Children enjoyed visiting with Santa & Mrs. Claus at the
Colfax Theatre on December 6th. The Theatre was the perfect location
for children ages 3 months to 12 years to give their Christmas wish lists
to the famous man in red! The Colfax Theatre ran short films while the
children waited. Thank you to Santa & Mrs. Claus, the Colfax Theatre
and to all of our volunteers!
The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!
The Municipal Building was the setting for our Chamber events on
December 5th and 6th. The Schuyler Area Chamber of Commerce, The City of Schuyler and the Schuyler Community
Development hosted the “After Hours” event on Friday the 5th.
A large number of Chamber members shared a night of fellowship,
food and drinks. Thank you to all who attended!
On Saturday, December 6th, our Annual Parade of Trees was open to the public. 19 Christmas Trees along
with decorations adorned the Municipal Building for all to see! Businesses donated gifts to our Wreath of
Gifts raffle. Congratulations to the Winners of the gift packages - Sharan Stoltenberg, Karma Ritzdorf,
Lora Johnson, Patricia Lickei, Peg Glodowski, Lori Kracl, Margie Krepel and Irene Sucha! Thank you to all
who attended and donated!
