Council (ICC) Cricket World Cup 2015 is a Special Event

GENERAL PURPORT OR EFFECT OF THE ABOVEMENTIONED STATUTORY RULES
(1) Electoral Regulations 2015
These regulations –
(a) prescribe the contents of writs for elections; and
(b) prescribe the printing order for names on batches of ballot papers subsequent to the first batch; and
(c) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Electoral Regulations 2005 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation
Act 1992.
(2) Prepaid Funerals Regulations 2015
These regulations –
(a) exempt certain deposit schemes and certain classes of prepaid funeral agreements from the application of certain provisions
of the Prepaid Funerals Act 2004; and
(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Prepaid Funerals Regulations 2005 under section 11 of the Subordinate
Legislation Act 1992.
