Jack consults with the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home and they say he has a deep understanding of the issues they confront on a daily basis. He is a nationally known scholar who lectures, consults, and writes on the African-American family. He is also internationally known and has given numerous presentations on almost every continent. He received his Masters Degree in Social Service from Syracuse University. Against all odds, she has overcome abuse, homelessness, and poverty to become a successful inspirational Christian speaker, entrepreneur, and advocate for abused children. When she tells her amazing story, Rhonda motivates and teaches people how to become successful and happy not despite their difficulties, but specifically because of them. She is the author of the book Succeed Because of What You’ve Been Through. Rhonda lives in Newport Beach, California where she is also a National Child Welfare Specialist at Markel Specialty Insurance Company and a talk show host. Kurt Hetherington is Vice President of Sales & Marketing at James Greene & Associates Inc. in Sherwood, Arkansas where he has worked for twenty years. He has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Risk Manager, & Certified Professional Insurance Agent designations. He also received his Master of Business Administration from Western Michigan University. Dr. Robert Springate is Vice President for Public Relations for Missouri Baptist Children’s Home and Chief Operations Officer for the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home Foundation. He began working at the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home in 1985 after serving on their board of trustees for twelve years. He is a certified trainer in both planned giving and estate planning. He received his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Wayne Crull is the Principal at WD60, a business consulting group, in St. Louis. Wayne has also been Vice President of New Business Development at the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home, CEO of Edgewood Children’s Center, COO of Great Circle and an Adjunct Professor at Lindenwood University. Wayne earned his Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
