Ashes will be distributed at Masses at 8:00, 10:45 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and at Prayer Services at 12:15 and 3:30 p.m. Page 2 - 625 Lenten Activities Annual Parish Blood Drive The Sacrament of Reconciliation will take place every Monday evening starting February 23rd through March 23rd from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Stations of the Cross, Adoration and Benediction will be at 7:00 p.m. every Friday night during Lent, except for March 27th the Sacrament of Confirmation is scheduled for that evening with the Bishop. The Holy Week Schedule: March 30th – Chrism Mass held at St. Phillip the Apostle Church at 7:00 p.m. April 2nd – Holy Thursday – Solemn Mass of the Lord’s Supper at 7:00 p.m. April 3rd – Good Friday – Solemn Service of the Passion at 3:00 p.m. Stations of the Cross at 7:00 p.m. April 4th – Holy Saturday – Solemn Easter Vigil of the Resurrection at 8:00 p.m. Blessing of the food at 12:45 p.m. There will be no Sacrament of Reconciliation on Monday, March 30th or Saturday, April 4th. The Annual Parish Blood drive has been confirmed for March 22nd from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Church Hall. Community Blood Services (CBS) has assumed that responsibility from the Blood Center of New Jersey (BCNJ). Please look for further announcements and sign-ups in the coming weeks. Like last year, donations of paper products (plates, cups, napkins) bottled water and juice, syrup, condiments (salt,pepper,sugar) plastic utensils, and any packaged foods (donuts, cookies, etc.) will be accepted.
