2 oz. Kōloa Coconut Rum
2 oz. Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 cup Crushed Ice
1 oz. Kōloa Gold Rum
½ oz. Orange Liqueur
1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Splash Vanilla Simple Syrup
Combine ingredients and blend or shake
well. Pour into a suitable glass with
crushed ice cubes if needed. Garnish
with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Shake well. Pour into a highball glass and
add a float of Kōloa Dark Rum. Garnish
with lime wedge and pineapple.

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Pour over ice into a suitable glass.

1 oz. Cranberry Juice
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Pour over ice into a suitable glass.

1½ oz. Kōloa Coconut Rum
¾ oz. Lavender Simple Syrup
½ oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Lavender Simple Syrup: Boil 1 cup of
water and add 3 tbsp. lavender blossoms.
Stir in 2 cups of sugar and dissolve. Allow
mixture to cool and strain.
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker
with ice. Shake well. Strain into a coupe or
martini glass.

4-6 oz. Club Soda
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Pour into Collins glass. Top with 4–6 oz.
Club Soda. Garnish with an orchid.

Fill highball glass with ice and rum. Top

¼ oz. Triple Sec
4 oz. POG (Passion Fruit, Orange & Guava Juice)
1 oz. Lemonade
Fill a highball glass with ice and spirits.
Top with juice.
6 Basil Leaves
2 Limes, Squeezed
3 Pineapple Chunks
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
1 ½ oz. Kōloa Spice Rum
Muddle the basil and pineapple chunks
in a cocktail shaker. Add juices and rum.
Shake and strain over ice into a hurricane
glass. Garnish with a sugar cane stick.

1 ½ oz. Pure Macadamia Nut Butter
1 ½ oz. Kōloa Dark Rum
Whipped Cream
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Grind nuts in a food processor on low.
Refrigerate. Put all ingredients in a mug.
Add 5 oz. of hot water. Garnish with
whipped cream, nutmeg and cinnamon.

ingredients into glass. Float Dark Rum on top.
Optional garnish: orange wedge, pineapple
slice, maraschino cherry and paper umbrella.
