CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: This event will be run under HRCAV rules and regulations. (Refer to HRCAV Manual) Current valid Membership, Dressage, & Horse Trials Performance Cards must be presented to Card Secretary prior to competing competitors most compete at their assessed level for Horse Trials. Riders wanting TTT logs stamped should present them with their cards. Registered Club colours and approved helmets and riding boots must be worn. Medical arm bands must be worn in all jumping phases. Riders must present for Gear check 20 minutes prior to each phase. Competitors to provide bridle & saddle blanket numbers for Dressage and Showjumping and a back number holder for Cross Country phase. No refund unless vet/medical certificate submitted within 7 days of the Event. Protests must be lodged within 30 minutes of posting interim scores, in writing, accompanied by $20.00. Deposit forfeited if protest is not upheld. Stallions must wear ID at all times. DHAC will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to any horse, person or property. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. DHAC reserves the right to change program, alter or delete classes subject to entries. DHAC reserves the right to refuse entry with or without stating a reason.
