Dear Tenants...
The upcoming Spring Break and Easter
Holidays may bring family and friends to
Florida for a welcome break from winter
weather. If you are charged with entertaining these visitors, remember that I
sell tickets to Busch Gardens, The Florida
Aquarium, Lowry Park Zoo, and many of
the Orlando attractions. My prices reflect
a discount and are available to you as a
tenant in 100 North Tampa. I invite you
to visit my desk in the Lobby, explore the
savings and purchase some movie passes
while you are there. I sell AMC and Carmike, formerly Muvico, passes for $7.50
and $8. Why pay full price when you can
shop the discounts where you work? Call
221-7180 or email concierge@100nt.com.
I look forward to seeing you!
Please pardon the temporary unavailability of the building conference center as
it closes briefly for finish renovations and
technology updates. We expect to return the room to full access by mid-April.
Please call 221-7180 for future reservations. Complimentary use up to 90 minutes!
Thank you for choosing 100 North Tampa
as your work place. We are glad you are
here!

Fitness Focus
Why do we need functional asymmetrical training? What is it? Life and sport
require that we be able to both control and produce rotational force. Whether
you are carrying groceries, picking up your child, throwing a ball, or performing
athletic movements such as swimming, running, and biking, your body is always
producing rotation or controlling externally-induced rotation. Rip Training is an
effective solution for developing and challenging mobility and stability, control,
power, strength, metabolic conditioning, balance, and coordination throughout
your body. It uses elastic resistance that allows for high-speed, low-load rotational movement training or low-speed, high-load rotational movement training. It
allows users to engage in unlimited movements which, when performed properly,
enhance fluidity and range of motion and decrease the risk of injury. Whether you
are an elite level athlete, fitness enthusiast, or a first time exerciser, this type of
training is a must.
CONTACT THE YMCA, 222-1334, FOR MORE INFORMATION.
We have a Rip training program coming soon!
