POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Director of Finance, Administration & Human Resources, ensure efficient operation
of all aspects of office administration for 1Life Workplace Safety & Health Ltd.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:







Demonstrate and excel in 1Life Workplace Safety & Health’s Mission, including but not
limited to the following:
 To have an impact on sending workers home to their families safe and healthy at the
end of every workday.
 To support entrepreneurs in creating profitable and sustainable businesses.
 To reduce our clients total cost of risk by leveraging technology and innovation.

Responsible for managing the professional presentation of 1Life Workplace Safety & Health’s
office space.
Responsible for providing cheerful and professional coverage of all reception and hospitality
duties
Responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Team
Responsible for the Administration of 1Life Training Programs
Provide support to the Director of Finance, Administration & Human Resources
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Office Administration (including bookkeeping) is
required
Ability to work independently with strong self-management
Date of last revision Sept 11-14/LR










Superior interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively nourish relationships
Demonstrated team-playing attitude
Strong communication skills, ability to convey message in an organized, clear and effective
manner, ability to review correspondence for quality and consistency
A self-starter, taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines and manage
multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Excellent organizational and critical thinking/problem solving skills as well as accuracy
Goes beyond job requirements to seek opportunities and generate ideas for improvements
Proficient computer skills (Word (including tables) and PowerPoint including the ability to
format, Excel, Outlook) and aptitude
Detail oriented
Some secondary education is preferred
