Managing a Multi-Generational Workforce
Speaker – Chris Kumar
Chris Kumar is an SFU Alumni who graduated with his BA in Liberal Arts. After graduation he moved to Japan to teach English and
found himself in an English Language School with over 80,000 students nationwide. He later moved to HR and Operations Project
Management followed by a two & half years of consulting. Upon his return to Canada, Chris joined Robert Half and is currently their
Divisional Director. He has been with Robert Half now for 7 years, having started in their Account Temps Division, Permanent
Placement Division and now located in their downtown office managing all the operation level accounting roles for the lower
mainland. Chris is passionate about his job including the opportunity to assist professionals and enjoys working with organizations
such as the Credit Institute of Canada to help members achieve their career goals.
