We Entertain! We Educate! We Inspire!
The American Historical Theatre (AHT) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We educate,
entertain, and inspire through Living History. For more than 25 years, our ActorHistorians have

It is not too late!
Arrange a Juneteenth
Celebtaration with AHT.
(Excerpt from Juneteenth.com) Juneteenth is
the oldest known celebration commemorating
the ending of slavery in the United States. Dating back to 1865, it was on June 19th that
the Union soldiers landed at Galveston, Texas
with news that the war had ended and that the
enslaved were now free.
Have a Juneteenth Celebration and Invite
one of AHT's heroes and heroines of the
Abolition Movement. Their stories,
struggles, and ultimate triumph over slavery
