Environmental Film Festival Congratulations to our environmental film makers for successfully showcasing their original movies at the Howard County Middle School Environmental Film Festival at the American Film Institute Theatre in Silver Spring, MD on Friday, April 17. These students used the professional film-making process (scriptwriting, story-boarding, production planning, software editing, etc.) to create high-impact films to create awareness about environmental issues.
