OhioHEALTH INJURY REPORT RW David Clarkson (torn oblique muscle, Mar. 3) is expected to miss four to six weeks… D Ryan Murray (lower body) is day-today… LW Rene Bourque (stress fracture in back) is out for remainder of season… INJURED RESERVE: RW Jack Skille (shoulder, IR on Feb. 25) is out for remainder of season… Man Games Lost to Injury: 494 NEWS & NOTES The Jackets set a club record with nine consecutive wins since Mar. 18, the longest win streak in the NHL in 2014-15, surpassing the previous record of eight straight wins set Jan. 6-23, 2014. Boston (12) and Anaheim (10) posted double digit win streaks in 2013-14. The Blue Jackets have posted a record of 33-20-2 since December 1 and are 13-4-0 since March 1, including a 12-1-0 mark in their last 13 outings. They boast the best record in the NHL over the last 10 contests (9-1-0) and the second best record since the beginning of March (Ottawa - 13-3-3; 26 pts.). The Jackets are 46-16-6 in March and Aprils since 2013. Columbus finished 11-4-0 in March, setting a single-month club record with 11 victories and posting the second most points in a single month (10-2-4; 24 pts. in 2012-13) in club history. The Jackets are riding a club record eight-game road win streak since Mar. 6 (previous record of six straight wins set Jan. 19Feb. 18, 2011) and are 10-2-1 in their last 13 and 22-15-2 on the road this season. The 22 road wins in a season is the most in franchise history, surpassing the 21 posted in 2013-14 (21-17-3). The Blue Jackets have overcome a deficit in 11 of their last 12 victories and set a franchise record by overcoming a deficit in eight-straight wins over nine games from Mar. 10-27. The lone win in which they did not trail was Mar. 28 at St. Louis. The Jackets have posted three hat tricks in the last six games as Scott Hartnell (Mar. 24 vs. Anaheim), Cam Atkinson (Mar. 27 at Chicago) and Nick Foligno (Apr. 4 vs. Pittsburgh) recorded the 24th, 25th and 26th hat tricks in club history. The three hat tricks are tied for the most in a single season, one short of the franchise record set in 2011-12. The Blue Jackets enter the week ranked fifth in the NHL on the power play at 21.7 percent (51-of-235) and has converted 10of-33 opportunities (30.3 percent) over the past 13 games. The club record is 19.3 percent (54-of-280) set in 2013-14. Columbus is 13-4 in games decided in overtime, including an 8-2 mark in shootouts. The 13 victories is one from tying the franchise mark while the eight shootout wins tied the single season club mark (both from 2005-06 season). The club has gone 47-38 in overtime games since the 2010-11 season and is 13-4 in shootouts over the past two campaigns. The Blue Jackets have racked up a franchise record and NHL-leading 494 man games lost to injury through 78 games, surpassing the 411 man games lost in 2011-12. They are on pace to finish the season with 519. COACH/PLAYER NOTES Head coach Todd Richards earned the 200th victory of his NHL head coaching career Apr. 2 vs. the NY Islanders (201-176-136) and is one win (124-105-20) from tying Ken Hitchcock (125-123-36) for the most victories in club history. G Sergei Bobrovsky has won his last eight straight starts with a 2.31 goals-against average and .931 save percentage, one win short of tying a personal/franchise best originally set Nov. 29, 2013 – Jan. 23, 2014. He earned a personal/franchise singlemonth record of 10 wins in March, finishing 10-2-0 with a .927 save percentage and 2.41 goals against average in 13 games. LW Nick Foligno, who recorded his first career hat trick Apr. 4 vs. Pittsburgh, earned the NHL’s Third Star of the Week for the week ending Apr. 5 after posting 4-1-5 in three games. He has picked up 7-8-15 in his last 16 outings to raise his season totals to 30-40-70 in 75 games, becoming the fourth player in Blue Jackets history to record 30 goals and third to post 70 points in a single season. C Brandon Dubinsky, who notched his third career three-assist game Mar. 4 vs. Pittsburgh, has 8-9-17 in the last 17 games. D Jack Johnson posted a personal regular season-best three-game goal streak from Mar. 28-Apr. 2. He also recorded a threegame goal streak in the 2014 NHL playoffs (Apr. 16-21). Rookie RW Marko Dano has tallied 3-8-11 in his last 11 games, including three multi-point contests. C Artem Anisimov has recorded 2-8-10 in his last 13 games. LW Scott Hartnell finished tied for the league lead (Alex Ovechkin) in goals during the month of March with 11-4-15 in 15 games, posted the most goals in club history in a single month (Rick Nash; 10 goals in 2008-09).
