As we participate in the liturgy and watch the water flow, God is at work, adopting and forgiving. The Christian faith is lived out in response to the work of God. We live in faith: trusting the promise to be true—that God, in Holy Baptism, has set us free from sin and death through Jesus Christ. Living in faith, we live in Christ.
