The keynote speaker will be Barbara Hubbard, co-founder (with her husband) of Living Bread Ministries, based out of Lynchburg. This organization was created to plant churches among the global poor and equip them to minister directly in their communities. Barbara is currently serving as the LBM Regional Director for South America; she is also an online instructor for Liberty University and a native of Brazil.
