How to use my Avaya IP phone?
1. Enter your VPN username
When you reboot your phone, you’ll be asked form your VPN username.
Use the dialpad in order to enter your VPN username
Hi Enter ( It’s the last bouton under the screen)
2. Enter your VPN password
Use the dialpad in order to enter your VPN Password
Once you’ve entered your VPN Password, there will be a series of messages that flash as the
phone registers and downloads any updates before you get the full display
3. Login
Once you’ve entered your VPN password and hit enter, you’ll get to this screen.
Now you need to login
Press the HEADSET bouton
Use this arrow key to scroll down to LOG-IN
Hit Select
Enter your extension number
You’ll go automatically in AUX
Use this arrow key to scroll down to Auto In
Hit Select
You’re now ready to take calls 
4. AuxTime:
Use this arrow key to scroll down to AuxWork
Hit Select
Enter the appropriate Aux code
5. Logout
At the end of your shift, you’ll need to logout:
Use this arrow key to scroll down to LOG-OUT
Hit Select
