Stewardship To all of you who participated, please remember all gifts will be collected on Saturday, December 19th from 10 AM to 12 Noon and again on Sunday, December 20th from 10 AM to 12 Noon in the Parish Center by Julie Waicus and Lisa Papp. If you have adopted a family and have forgotten the gifts, please contact Julie Waicus at waicus@verizon.net or call 856-261-7300 (cell) or 856768-3340 (home). Thank you in advance for your gracious generosity in supporting the Adopt-A-Family Program. CHRISTIAN CUPBOARD With the Christmas Holiday Baskets filled and delivered, we concentrate once again on the pantry shelves. An item or two a week helps keep the pantry stocked. The shopping carts are always in front of the Church before and after all Masses, and also in the lobby of the Parish Center daily. As always, if you prefer a gift card from your favorite grocery store, denominations in the amount of $5 or $10 are preferred. They can be dropped into the poor boxes. Around the Diocese HOLY ROSARY PARISH Closing Liturgy And “Rite of Leaving Taking” Sunday, January 10, 2010 at 9:00 AM Rev. George Seiter, Presider All current and former parishioners are welcome! Humble Stewardship “You, Bethlehem-Ephrathah, too small to be among the clans of Judah, from you shall come forth for me one who is to be ruler in Israel.” Micah 5:1 We may think that the gifts we have to offer may be too small or too inconsequential to give to God. Today we are reminded that God brought forth His greatest gift to mankind, His own Son, through the humble town of Bethlehem. He can also accomplish great things through our Stewardship if we generously offer our gifts to Him.
