4. Provide a complete and functioning ISO and Fire Department approved fire
sprinkler system as indicated in the project specifications, as indicated on the

5. Provide all aquatics features including the pools, play structures, underground
tanks, equipment, piping, and all noted associated specialties required for a fully
functioning aquatics facility.
6. Provide City reviewed and approved design-build building systems shown and
