Div 2-3, 5, 9 & 16. San Francisco Roadway Bridges Replacement Project for 22nd 4
Street, 23rd Street, and Paul Avenue in San Francisco, California. This Public
Works Project will remove/replace existing two-span steel-through girder bridges
(22nd Street, 23rd Street, and Paul Avenue) due to deteriorated condition; and
remove/relocate/reconstruct existing utility lines; provide temporary support as
applicable at each bridge. The Work is more fully described in the Contract
Documents. Bidders and their proposed Subcontractors shall hold such licenses as
may be required by the laws of the State of California for the performance of the
Work specified in the Contract Documents. Bidders bidding as the Prime Contractor
shall possess a valid California General Engineering Contractor “A” License in the
State of California at the time of Contract award and throughout the contract term.
The Contractor will also be required to ensure that all Subcontractors working on the
