Short e-Tenders are invited for “procurement of 7,50,000 Kgs of Cashew Splits
(“S”Grade) for a period of one year” by the Marketing Department,
T.T.Devasthanams, Tirupati. The EMD of Rs.80,00,000/- (Rupees Eighty Lakhs only)
is to be remitted by way of D.D drawn in favour of the Exe.Officer, TTD, Tirupati
payable at Tirupati or an irrevocable Bank Guarantee for the same amount and three
half Kg pet bottles of samples should be furnished along with the EMD to the
General Manager(Procurement), TTD, Tirupati before the 3-00 PM on
04-12-2014.

List of attested Documents to be uploaded at the time of Tendering
1. EMD Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee.
2. Copy of CST/ VAT registration.
3. Copy of PAN card/ Income Tax returns.
4. Declaration to the extent that they have not been black listed in any of the
organizations.
5. Supply of the relevant commodity experience in 3 years period (proof of
invoices/ way bills showing experience should be uploaded).
6. Self-Declaration letter.
7. Letter towards authorized signatory to sign and submit bid in the case of
Dealers etc.,
8. Annual turnover statement to be furnished by Charted Accountant and it
should be more than 16 crore for the last three years.
9. Experience of supplying at least 2,25,000 Kgs of in any one year during the
last 3(three) years period (Proof of invoices/way bills to be uploaded).
