Coaches and Assistants/Managers
For all programs to run in accordance with its required commitments, for the NNSWF SAP/GTP programs
and all other ‘High Performance Programs’ that Football Far North Coast are attempting to implement
across the region, the requirements of suitable coaches and assistants/managers for each of the squads is
imperative.
The role of the ‘Technical Director’ is to identify and appoint such suitable persons and assist them with
their ‘professional development’ so that the benefits are then implemented throughout the various squads
and the delivery of the program.
Although there is an amount of ‘re-numeration’ for each position, such as a fee for each session delivered,
travel expenses outside of the zone, various accommodation requirements and coach education
development, persons who would be interested in being involved with a ‘High Performance Program’ of this
nature, should be motivated by observing the development of its players within such a program.
If you feel that you could be of the kind of person with the required criteria, then please take this opportunity
to call me to discuss further, so that Football Far North Coast can continue to grow its program across the
zone.
