The Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS) on behalf of the Ministry of Works intends to dispose vehicles, plant, equipment, spare parts, furniture and stationery that were used in the project for upgrading of Namtumbo - Kilimasera Road Section in Ruvuma. The vehicles, plant and equipment are disposed on “as is, where is” basis and the procuring entity shall have no further liability after sale. 2. The Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS) now invites sealed bids for the purchase of vehicles, plant, equipment, spare parts, furniture and stationery. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – G N No. 446 of 2013 and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Regulations. 4. 5. Interested bidders may inspect the vehicles, plant, equipment, spare parts, furniture and stationery at Mchomolo Village, Namtumbo District in Ruvuma Region every Thursday and Friday from 08:00 hours to 16:30 hours. Public holidays are excluded. All Bids must be accompanied by bid deposit in an acceptable form in the amounting to 25% of bid amount in Tanzanian Shillings. 8.
