You will develop and deliver a strategy of digital development support to the 200+
accredited museums across the region which aligns with the work of the three Major
Partner Museums in the South West on behalf of the SWMDP. You will administer the
strategic Digital Advisory group which reports to the SWMDP Board and work with key
regional and national stakeholders, Arts Council England, the Collections Trust,
Association of Independent Museums etc to ensure regional initiatives maximise
national opportunities and development support services in the region. The post
holder will be responsible for identifying and developing clusters of museums as
potential project participants with whom project income is secured to deliver a range of
digital audience activities.
The post is funded through the Museum Development programme which is a national
initiative funded by Arts Council England’s Renaissance programme that aims to
deliver sustainability, resilience and innovation in England’s regional museums. The
South West Museum Development programme (SWMD) delivers a range of support
services to museums across the region in collaboration with 16 local authorities, which
collectively contribute £100,000 per annum, alongside the £1.2 million investment from
Arts Council England for the period 2012-15 and £1.3 million for 2015-18.
You will work with the SWMD team of regional officers (Conservation Development
Officer and Sustainable Volunteering Officer) and local Museum Development Officers
to develop and deliver successful and sustainable Digital Engagement projects.
We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join and small and dedicated
team. Successful applicants will have a proven track record in the management and
delivery of projects. Experience in developing the use of digital within the context of
the cultural sector will be essential alongside the ability to support others to develop
digital literacy skills. This is an opportunity to make a real difference and support
museums in the region to develop how they think about and use digital media and
technology.

The SEN Team is a citywide team with a statutory duty to assess and make provision
for Bristol young people with special educational needs from 0 to 25 years in all types
of education provisions; mainstream, special, out of county, and across the age
groups.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Inclusion Manager (0.6 FTE) for
until 31/08/2015 (could be extended) while the current post holder is Interim SEN
Manager. This is a very exciting time at SEN, with major legislative reform being
implemented. This role involves decision making, complex casework management,
resolving issues such as children with SEN out of school or at risk of Permanent
Exclusion, liaison with educational settings, parents and professionals to ensure good
outcomes.
It would be ideal for somebody with SEN or Social Care experience or with
transferable skills (well organised, committed to equality, experience of multi-agency
work, able to prioritise your own work and able to work in pressurised circumstances)
and a willingness to learn and share in the leadership of the SEN Team. This role may
be suitable for a secondment; the candidate would need to confirm this is possible with
their manager before applying.
There is some management of staff but this is likely to be one person, the officer for
the city district you will manage.

Volunteer Car Service Drivers
Arriva Transport Solutions (ATSL) provides the non-emergency patient transport service in
Bath and North East Somerset, Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire.
The non-emergency patient transport service takes eligible patients to NHS appointments.
These patients would be unable to travel using their own or public transport due to their
medical condition or the impact of medical treatment.
Our well established volunteer car driver network is an essential part of this service and we are
currently looking to expand.

Fundraiser (Grants and Donors)

One25 is an award-winning, Bristol based, registered charity (No.1062391) with a
Christian ethos providing services for women trapped in street sex-work and those
who are building positive new lives away from the streets.
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious fundraiser to join One25’s
innovative and dynamic fundraising team providing cover during a period of maternity
leave. The post-holder will be responsible for raising income from trusts and
foundations and will also develop One25’s individual giving strategy.
This role is an ideal development role as the successful candidate will have a track
record in at least two of the following areas: grants, regular giving, individual
fundraising, major donors and communications, but will gain experience in all these
areas.

He or she will report to One25’s Fundraising and Communications Manager and will
be a strong team member who is pro-active with great communication and
interpersonal skills that will enable him or her to establish and strengthen
relationships with our grants funders, donors, staff and volunteers. He or she will also

using social media.

Recovery Caseworker (female)
Full-time permanent post
One25 is a Bristol based, registered charity (No.1062391) with a Christian ethos
providing services for women trapped in street sex-work and those who are building
positive new lives away from the streets.
The purpose of this role is to provide specialist support for street sex workers to exit
street sex work and address substance misuse issues. The Recovery Caseworker will
be required to work in partnership with other One25 services to provide a
comprehensive and holistic service to street sex workers. She will have at least 1
years’ experience of working with vulnerable women with drug and alcohol addictions
and experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams and with multiple agencies.

It is an Occupational Requirement that applications for this post are open to women
only, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1, of the Equality Act 2010. Enhanced DBS
checks will be required.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week to include occasional evenings for which time off in lieu
