the development of a production and warehouse
facility for leading drinks manufacture AG Barr PLC
at Magna Park, Milton Keynes
• Sheffield Hallam University: advised on the
completion of the University’s Heart of the
Campus development and various other schemes
for the University
• Peveril: advised on the construction aspects of a
sale to an investment purchaser
• Ca u d we l l Pro p e r t i e s : advised on the
development of luxury residential flats in Mayfair
• Redevco: advised on Redvaco’s redevelopment of
a City office block
• Clore Duffield Foundation: advised the
Foundation on the development of the Jewish
Community Centre for London

• Acted for a subcontractor in a claim for unpaid
fees where the contractor was alleging defective
work
• Acted for the employer in a claim against a
specialist contractor whose incorrect advice led to
remedial works being required, causing significant
losses and delay to the development
• Acted for an employer in a claim against its
architect where it had over-certified the value
of works that had been completed before a
contractor went into liquidation.
