CIHDA welcomes interested members from anywhere in BC. For competition entry fees, Central Interior is considered the region West to Burns Lake, North to Mackenzie, East to McBride and South to Williams Lake. C I H D A A nnual M embership Membership fees cover the period from September 1st, 2014 to August 31st, 2015 and are used to support competition costs, provide workshops for Highland dancers, support scholarships and travel grants, and to generally increase the opportunities for Highland dancers in the Central Interior to enjoy and develop their skills at this energetic and magnificent cultural form of expression. Members also are entitled to reduced entry fees to CIHDA sponsored competitions. **Double entry fee will apply to

All competitors must have and present their ScotDance
Registration Card before receiving their Competitor
Number and before receiving prizes.
Competitors will dance in reverse order of entry (first to
enter is last to dance).
The Competition Committee reserves the right to
combine, split, or delete classes at the close of entry
deadline.
Competitors will dance according to their age as of May
23, 2015.
The Dancing Rules and Regulations for this competition
will be governed by the Scottish Official Board of
+LJKODQG'DQFLQJ7KH-XGJH¶VGHFLVLRQis final.
All competitors must dance with the swords and music
provided.
All complaints must be made in writing, with a $20 fee.
Complaints may be given to the Competition Secretary

considered at the next CIHDA meeting.

Entries must be postmarked by Friday, May 8, 2015.
All entries received after May 8, 2015, fees will be
doubled.
Entry fees must accompany the entry.
No Entry fees will be refunded after acceptance
Registration begins at 8:00 AM
Dancing will commence at 9:00 AM for
Novice/Intermediate/Premiers, 11:00 AM for
Choreography, 1:30pm for Beginners/Primaries.
Dancers not present in the line-up immediately after
their event is called will forfeit their entry to that event.

defined as the dancer with the highest total number of
points having competed in more than one individual
dance in a competition age group that has six or more
competitors, thus the name Highest Aggregate Trophy.

NOT qualify as an overall trophy win.
