Saturday Night, May 23 Adat Shalom will hold its annual Tikkun Leil Shavuot on Saturday, May 23. Join us for minchah-maariv services at 8:45 p.m., followed by study sessions and a snack. Rabbi Bergman will entertain us with “My Favorite Rabbi Nachman Stories.” Hazzan Gross will discuss “V'ahavta: We've been doing it wrong all along!” Rabbi Shere will present “Pirkei Avot: What does the wisdom of our sages have to teach us today?” Following the presentations, we will conclude the evening with the traditional Shavuot dessert – cheesecake Jews demonstrate their love for the study of Torah by participating in this late-night study session on the eve of Shavuot, which commemorates the revelation of the Torah at Mt.
