THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into on the "Order Date" serves
as a legally binding contract between "Licensor" and "Licensee" This
agreement grants the Licensee non-exclusive premium rights to the
instrumental named "Instrumental Title”.
(A) Known as premiumbeat license, purchasing this license grants the
customer a little more flexibility & legislative rights to the corresponding
beat(s) for 1 use of (YouTube, radio, TV/Film and album, ep,
mixtape/demo, performance) with a circulation of 12,000 unites. If the
beat is not available for leasing no more, no more sales can be
made.Duration up to 12months.
(B) Your purchased beat will be a Studio quality 24 bit Wav file sent via
email.
(C) Leased Tracks may contain one standard signature tag at the
beginning& end but does not repeat.

(D) If the beat(s) contain(s) any samples the BUYER will be held
responsible for clearing the samples. (If the track is marked as SAMPLED
email us to get the name of the sample(s) used if you plan on clearing the
sample(s))
(E) Beat(s) can still be sold.
Master Recording
The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee the right to record vocal and/or
instrumental synchronization to any or all parts of the Instrumental. The
Licensee understands that their premium beat license usage of the
Instrumental is limited but flexible. The Licensee also agrees to refrain from
editing the Instrumental that is being licensed in this agreement, by
changing the arrangement of the Instrumental or by removing any
melodies, instruments, drum programming or sounds that are contained
within the Instrumental.
Ownership
The Licensor maintains 100% full rights (copyright and ownership) of the
instrumental, and can continue to sell it non-exclusively, premium and
exclusively. The Licensee has neither the right nor authority to sell or
license the rights to the Instrumental whether in whole or part to any other
party. In the event another individual purchases exclusive rights to your
licensed Instrumental you will retain your non-exclusive rights under the
limitations listed in this agreement and until these terms have been fulfilled
Credit
In all Projects including covers, flyers, videos etc. in which the
instrumental(s) in this agreement is used, BUYER agrees to give full credit
in following format: "Produced by Big G Tech". Anybody abusing or
disrespecting the listed terms & conditions will face an immediatelaw suit.
Violation**
Buyer may not resell, remake, sample or distribute the instrumental(s) to
any third party in full or part, whereas this will result in a breach and will

result in an immediate call from my lawyer and a $250,000.00penalty plus
court costs & will be strictly enforced.Governing Law. This License is
governed by and shall be construed under the law of the State of Texas,
without regard to the conflictsof laws principles thereof.
Miscellaneous
Buyer acknowledges the fact that other individuals and/or companies may
have acquired limited non-exclusive licenses of this song & master before
the date this agreement was signed and delivered to the buyer which may
entitle them to use/market/promote this beat up to the amount specified in
their agreement.
