PAOLA NORAMBUENA – PUBLISHER Paola Norambuena is publisher of brandchannel and the North American director of verbal identity for
Interbrand, brandchannel’s parent company. As a writer and brand strategist she’s responsible for
leading global marketing, communications and content strategies. Chilean by birth, Australian by
upbringing, and a New Yorker by choice, when she’s not writing she’s reading, and when she’s not

SHIRLEY BRADY – EDITOR-IN-CHIEF Shirley Brady is editor-in-chief of brandchannel and an award-winning journalist. She joined the site (and
parent company Interbrand) in 2010 from Businessweek.com, where she was BW's first (and only)
community editor, and has worked as a journalist for TIME, People, Discovery Channel and TVOntario.
Born in Glasgow and raised in Toronto, she has also lived in Hong Kong and will dust off her Scottish
