OKAY HEPBURN MB CHURCH! Our school needs us! BETHANY Volunteers Needed! Due to the closing of Bethany, the maintenance team is in need of a little help
with the final spring cleaning of the dorms. Bethany would love to invite volunteers to
join them for a 3 hour time slot, any time during the days between 7am-2 pm. Or if
you feel generous with your time, join them for a whole day...bring a friend...make it
fun! Dorm cleaning will begin on May 6th and run until the end of May or until the
tasks are completed. Please contact Donna Andres if you are interested in being involved (Text 227-3387 or call 947-2156 or email wdandres@sasktel.net ). Let’s overwhelm them with our response!
Thanks to everyone that helps out with cemetery maintenance.
We will soon make a new schedule for this summer.
Again we will use the same groups unless you let us know not to.
If someone is not in a group and would like to join, let us know.
Typically a group would come out twice per summer to cut grass.
David Martens and Jacco Aantjes
A group called "Women of Waldheim" (WOW), representing ladies from our communities' churches, is hosting a spring brunch on Saturday, May 9, and would like to invite
the ladies from our church. See poster for more information.
If ladies would like to attend, they can RSVP to Cindy Loewen at 716-0848 or by email
bryan.cindy.L@gmail.com to reserve their ticket, and then pay for the ticket on the day
of the brunch.
Partnering Ministry
MCC Connects: : Please help MCC respond to victims of the earthquake in Nepal. At
this point we know our initial response will include food and shelter support in remote
areas. All of our staff are safe and our buildings are intact. MCC is now talking to our
partners in Nepal to further assess the situation. We are accepting donations.

SK Conference Bethany College
It was a wonderful time of worship, celebration and remembrance this past weekend
at Bethany College’s Concert of Praise, Commencement, and Legacy Celebration.
Join us as we collectively come alongside Bethany Staff and Faculty as each seeks clarity in where the Lord would have them serve next. We are so thankful and owe a debt
of love to these individuals for their years of love-driven service in discipling our young
people.
Pray for Nepal, that God’s love might shine amid
suffering and disaster.
