LOPEZ MIDDLE SCHOOL PTA INTEREST SURVEY OFFICER POSITIONS FOR 2015-2016 SCHOOL YEAR The time has come for us to begin the process of filling our PTA Officer positions for the next school year. The Nominating Committee, which was elected by the PTA membership at our general meeting on February 10, is charged with presenting the general membership with the committee’s recommendations for officer candidates at the next general meeting on April 2, 2015. If you are interested in serving in one of the officer positions on the Lopez PTA next year, please complete the form below and return it to the Lopez Middle School Attendance Office, or email it to Connie Carrington (clc66@att.net) by Monday, March 23, 2015. Please label your completed form (or title the subject of your emailed form) “PTA Officer Nomination”. The Nominating Committee will contact each person selected and ask for his or her acceptance before names are officially submitted.
