Patients CMS-2728 Re-entitlement CMS-2728 form will display correct ESRD Network number. Patients CMS-2728 The View ESRD Medical Evidence (2728) - Saved screen will display after clicking the “Save.” Reports Patient Roster Report Selecting the sort type of “Treatment Type” will correctly sort by the report by treatment type. Personnel Email Address An error message will display if the value entered in the Personnel Email field is less than 6 characters. Facility EDI The Organization Fatality Code field will allow up to 255 characters. 4/30/2015 15 Update Applied O High-Impact Updates Examples of high-impact CROWNWeb 4.7 updates: Area Update Applied Home Page Log In Failure Message Users will be directed to the help.mycrownweb.org form for assistance. Clinical Phosphorus Users will specify if phosphorus method was Plasma, Serum, or Unable to be Determined (UTD). Action List Notifications and Accretions System will now remove action list items that have already been addressed by previous user actions in CROWNWeb. CMS-2744 Validations Incorrect validations will be corrected. Patients PART Verifying PART data will only update the specific records being verified. Facilities Edit Facility Facility Editors will be able to complete the NonMedicare Services fields for their facilities. NOTE: Comprehensive list of CROWNWeb 4.7 updates will be provided via email on May 6, 2015. 4/30/2015 16 O Phosphorus 4/30/2015 18 Require Phosphorus value if Method is selected. MM Notifications and Accretions • The Action List screen was updated to improve Notifications and Accretions alert process. Acceptance criteria: Auto-acceptance of HICNUM notifications from REMIS. Auto-rejection of Date of Death (DOD) notifications when the CROWNWeb DOD is within the same month/year as the REMIS DOD value. Ignoring of case sensitivity in the creation of notifications on fields: First Name, Last Name, HICNUM, and Gender. Prevention of duplicate notifications from being generated. Prevent duplicate notifications from being generated. Automatically inactivate for corresponding notifications or set the status to “accepted” for notifications that are no longer relevant due to updated CROWNWeb data. The user can select one to many facilities for the report from a list of facilities within their scope. 4/30/2015 20 MM CMS-2744 Updates • CROWNWeb 4.7 will feature two major CMS-2744 validation updates. • Fixes have been implemented to resolve the following errors: Error-the total number of patients attending school (field 35) cannot be greater than the total number of patients receiving Vocational Rehabilitation services (field 33). The number of patients attending school is incorrect. 4/30/2015 22 Error-Total losses (fields 08A through 13B) cannot be greater than the total patients (field 26). Error-Total additions (fields 04A through 07B) cannot be greater than the total patients (field 26).
