Dear W EDWARD BEDNAREK:
Dear <first name> <last name>:
As you know, we recently made the decision to postpone our banking system conversion project. It was
the right thing to do to ensure the best outcome possible. I’m writing today to let you know that the
project has been rescheduled and will now proceed following the close of business Friday June 13th until
the morning of Monday June 16th.
Please refer to the previous mailing we sent you for details about the conversion upgrades, or refer to our
website for complete and up-to-the-minute details. Here is a summary of what you need to know:
If you use online banking, you will need your debit card as your login ID and a new password the first
time you login. A new temporary password is at the end of this letter. Discard the one we sent to you in
the previous mailing.
• You will be prompted to change your password and set up new secure questions the first time you
login.
• If you signed up for online banking after Friday May 23rd, you will not have a password in this
letter; please contact your branch after Monday June 16th and ask for one.
• Each member needs their own login ID and password; they are not to be shared.
• Online banking will offer great new services starting June 16th, so take a few moments to get
comfortable with the new look of the site.
If you use telephone banking, your login ID will remain the same but you will use a new member access
code the first time you login. A new temporary member access code is at the end of this letter. Discard
the one we sent to you in the previous mailing. Telephone banking has been completely upgraded and will
sound different, so take a few moments to get used to the new prompts and call flow.
Branches that are normally open on Saturdays will be closed on Saturday June 14th.
There will be no access to online or telephone banking from 6:00 pm on June 13th until the morning of
Monday June 16th. You can still use ATMs and POS machines during this time.
Check your cheques
Your cheques may need to be replaced; please bring them to your branch for a FREE replacement order.
We will assist you in switching over your automatic payments and credits. There is no need to be
concerned at this time about payments being rejected.
