CENTRAL BOOK CLUB - The Book Club’s next get-together is tonight in the Allan Room at 7:00 pm when we will review and discuss Mark Haddon’s popular novel The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time, facilitated by Beth Mackay Reilly. Narrated by a fifteen-year-old autistic savant obsessed with Sherlock Holmes, this dazzling novel weaves together an old-fashioned mystery, a contemporary coming-of-age story, and a fascinating excursion into a mind incapable of processing emotions. KITCHEN CLEAN-UP – In an effort to tidy up the kitchen, we would ask that you please collect any empty containers that may have been left behind in the kitchen that belong to you. These items will be left for pick up on the green table just outside of the kitchen area. Thank you! WE WELCOME the recent return of Glenn Gibson to church after recovering from an accident last fall. Glenn is being transported to and from church by DARTS. A rotation is being set-up with members of the congregation who are able to assist Glenn to and from the van before and after church as well as taking him in his wheelchair to coffee time.
