MERCY
MERCY means to show kindness when it is not deserved. As followers of Jesus this should be one of our
trademarks, TO BE MERCIFUL. Jesus on the Cross said,” Forgive them for they do not know what they
do” He was speaking to us. When we sin and when others hurt us when they sin, we and they do not know
what they are doing? The pain, anguish and deep hurt are known only be God and the offended person.
Being merciful as Jesus was throughout his life and especially through his Passion and death, is the example we are called to follow. We are called to forgive, care and be patient with those who do not deserve our
forgiveness, care and patience. BE MERCIFUL AS MY FATHER IN HEAVEN IS MERCIFUL. He does
it for each one of us—lets do it to one another. HAVE A BLESSED EASTER SEASON
